Just look at that adorable fox!
To start I smooshed wild honey, abandoned coral, candied apple, and worn lipstick distress ink onto a piece of watercolor panel and let it dry. Then I spritzed it with water, blotted off the excess, and let it dry to lighten the panel. While the panel was drying I worked on my critter. To start I stamped the fox from Hello Beautiful with versafine and heat-embossed him with clear embossing powder. I colored him with copic markers and then fussy cut him.
Next I die cut the Huge Big Thanks from the watercolored panel and from black cardstock. I adhered a piece of black cardstock to a white card base and then applied adhesive across the entire panel. I adhered the top of the watercolor panel to the black cardstock and then puzzle-pieced in the black die cut sentiment before adding the rest of the watercolored panel and tiny pieces in between the letters. Then I added the fox with foam mounting tape and to finish the card I added a few accents with white gel pen, spectrum noir clear sparkle, and nuvo crystal glaze!
